We hired Zar Custom Homes to build our house in Eastover in 2013/2014 and it was the best decision we ever made. They were so incredible to work with! They communicated well with us, answered any questions we had during the process, and offered suggestions to help us with difficult decisions we had to make. They really became family during the whole process. The biggest brag we have on them is their dedication to the timeline. They told us it would take 10 months to build the house...and it literally took 10 months (even with weather issues, etc)!! Friends who have built their houses or were doing a renovation with other companies have always complained about a project taking longer than quoted and how frustrated they were, and I love that we didn’t have that problem! We had some unfinished space and decided to finish it a couple years ago...with no hesitation, we called Zar to do the project for us. And I know when we decide to finish our basement, there will be no hesitation then either. You can’t go wrong with Zar! They are the best!
